Kirtikar demands Bhujbal''s resignation

Nashik, Jan 29 (PTI) Senior Shiv Sena leader GajananKirtikar today said that state PWD minister Chhagan Bhujbalshould resign, taking "moral responsibility" for additionalcollector Yashwant Sonawane''s murder at Manmad.

After visiting Sonawane''s house here, Kirtikar said thatBhujbal, who is the guardian minister of the district, failedto act against adulteration mafia in Manmad area.

"He should resign," Kirtikar said.

He said that Shiv Sena will soon launch a state-wideagitation over Sonawane''s murder, and other issues such asneed for aid for the farmers hit by untimely rains; inflation,and corruption. PTI COR
