Ispat Fitness path inaugurated

Rourkela, Jan 29 (PTI) Taking another step forward inimproving aesthetics and facilities, a fitness path has beendeveloped by Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) here.

The path named as Ispat Fitness Path was inauguratedby Managing Director of RSP, S N Singh at a simple functionhere yesterday.

The area which was lying abandoned has undergone atotal transformation with proper fencing and landscaping. A600 metre long fitness path has been developed with bencheserected all along the path.

Proper care has been taken to improve the aestheticsof entire area so as to use as an avenue for recreation andimproving health and fitness for the residents.

The entire expenditure of Rs 9.9 lakh was borne bythe RSP as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibilityinitiatives.
