Four boys, a woman injured as hidden bomb explodes

Howrah (WB), Jan 30 (PTI) Four boys and a woman wereinjured in Howrah as a bomb hidden in a bush exploded when theboys went there in search of their ball today, the policesaid.

The boys, in the age group of 8-12 years, were playingnear a garbage dump at Belgachhia locality of Howrah whentheir ball went into a bush.

Going close to the bush in search of the ball, theboys found an object wrapped in threads, the sources said.

When they tried to inspect the object, it explodedinjuring all the boys and a woman who was passing by the spot.

The five were admitted to hospital.
