Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri files DRHP with SEBI for its IPO

Mumbai, Jan 27 (PTI) Jewellery retailer, TribhovandasBhimji Zaveri Limited, today said that it has filed its draftred herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for its IPO.

The issue will be of 16,666,667 equity shares of facevalue of Rs 10 each for cash at a price (including a sharepremium per equity share) to be determined through the 100 percent book-building process, a press release issued herestated.

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri primarily sells gold anddiamond-studded jewellery. It also additionally sells otherproducts, including platinum jewellery, jadau jewellery andsilverware.

It has 14 showrooms in nine cities across five states,with a total carpet area of around 44,000 sq ft.

The issue will constitute 25 per cent of the post-issuepaid-up capital of the company.

The price-band and the minimum bid lot will be decided bythe company in consultation with its book-running leadmanagers and advertised at least two working days prior to thebid/issue opening date, the release said.

The equity shares of the company are proposed to belisted on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the NationalStock Exchange.
