Rahul in Nagpur on 3-day Maharashtra tour

Nagpur, Jan 27: The young face of Congress party, Rahul Gandhi, landed on Nagpur on Thursday, Jan 25 on a three-day political tour to boost the young Congress activist. He will take pool of the Youth Congress membership drive in Maharashtra during his visit. This is Rahul's second visit to the Vidarbha region within six months.

The MultiProtocol Communications Controller (MPCC) General Secretary Ganesh Patil said that, as a part of high-profile tour Rahul will visit Gadchiroli, Buldhana and Parbhani districts and interact with youth Congress activist.

The chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan and MPs, MLAs, block presidents in Aurangabad including Rahul will be attending the state Congress meeting on Friday, Jan 28.

Before Rahul's departure to coastal Konkan region, where his first halt will be Thane to attend a Scheduled Tribes convention in Palghar, in early hours of Saturday, Jan 29 he will address a press meet in Aurangabad.
