Commission to submit report on church attacks tomorrow

Bangalore, Jan 27 (PTI) The one-man Commission ofInquiry appointed to probe the attack on churches inKarnataka, will submit its final report tomorrow.The report will be presented to Chief Minister B SYeddyurappa tomorrow, a release from the Commission headed byretired judge B K Somasekhara, said here.The state witnessed a series of attacks on churchesand prayer halls in September 2008, four months after the BJPgovernment assumed office.

Besides deputing study teams, the Centre had alsoissued a warning to the state government to ensure protectionto lives and properties of minorities.
