Youth arrested in murder case

New Delhi, Jan 25 (PTI) A 22-year-old man was arrestedfor allegedly killing his acquaintance two days ago, policesaid today.

With the arrest of Nirmal alias Lucky, police claimed tohave solved the murder case of Rakesh, whose body was found atNangloi on the intervening night of Janaury 23 and 24.

According to police, Nirmal, who allegedly killed Rakeshafter being fed up with his persistent demand for money, hadadmitted to the offence.

The dagger used in the crime has also been recovered, thepolice said.

The accused, who worked as a sweeper at a car showroomhere, was apprehended from Rajdhani Park Metro Station when hewas trying to fled to Haryana.
