Chiru participates in 'Rachchabanda' in Tirupati

Tirupati, Jan 24: Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) president K Chiranjeevi participated in 'Rachchabanda' programme in Tirupti on Tuesday, Jan 25.

The programme held in Balaji Colony, Indiranagar and Police Quarters areas in the city, where Chiranjeevi was flooded with complaints from people regarding civic facilities. At one point, there was stampede at the venues as people competed with each other to submit their complaints to Chiranjeevi.

He is elected to the State Assembly from Tirupati area's assembly constituency. Commenting on reports that Rachchabanda is being hindered in some areas of the state, Chiranjeevi said, "hindering Rachchabanda means hindering development only."

MLAs of Chiranjeevi-led PRP are said to be actively participating in Rachchbanda programme in the state. The Chief Minister N Kirankumar Reddy participated in the programme in Annavaram of East Godavari district on the same day. Several ministers and Congress MLAs from the area, and MLAs from PRP participated in the programme. reports said.

Before the programme the CM visited the Annavaram's Satyanarayana Temple and prayed the god.
