Buddhist centre vandalised, four injured
Chennai, Jan 24 (PTI) Suspected pro-Tamil activists todayvandalised a Buddhist centre here injuring four persons.
According to police, a group of men entered the Buddhistcentre at Egmore and broke some glass panes besides damaging afour wheeler parked there.
Police suspect some pro-Tamil groups behind the incidentas it comes in the wake of the killing of a Tamil Nadufisherman allegedly by Sri Lankan navy on January 22, thesecond such incident in this month.
A fisherman from Pudukottai district was allegedly shotdead by Sri Lankan navy on January 12.
