Five die after consuming tea

Budaun(UP), Jan 24 (PTI) A man and his four childrentoday died after drinking tea in Narsingpur village of thedistrict, police said.

Amar Singh (45) and his four children -- Pinki (16),Rinki (14), Champa (10) and Deva (6) started feeling uneasyand vomited soon after drinking the tea this morning, SP(Rural) KK Pushkar said.

They were rushed to a hospital where all the fivedied, he said.

Police is trying to find out if there was somethingmixed in the tea which led to the deaths.

The bodies of the victims have been sent forpostmortem and further investigations are underway.
