Yeddyurappa leaves for Delhi,to meet BJP leaders

Before leaving for Delhi, Yeddyurappa told mediapersons that he would meet the party leadership and discuss about the "attitude of our Governor" and other political developments in the state.
The party's members of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha from Karnataka, along with their party central leaders, would meet President Pratibha Patil to complain against the State Governor.
The Chief Minister on Saturday declined to resign to his post following the Governor's prosecution sanctions. Yeddyurappa, who maintained an aggressive posture, reiterated that he would fight the issue both politically and legally. BJP Karnataka unit on Saturday observed a shutdown (bandh) in the state to protest against the the Governor.
