Singaporean man with female wallet fetish arrested again

Kuala Lumpur, Jan 22 (ANI): A man in Singapore, who has a fetish for women's wallets, has been arrested again for theft.

According to the Sin Chew Daily, Luo Shun Qing, 46, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft on January 19, about a month after his release from prison, the Star Online reported.

The company director was attracted to women's accessories since he was seven years old, when he loved to smell his sister's belongings and panties.

Soon, he got addicted to the smell of female wallets. As he grew older, he stole the wallets and would then masturbate while looking at the photographs in the wallets.

He was jailed several times for theft since his first conviction in 1987. (ANI)
