Two labourers buried, engineer arrested in Jammu
Jammu, Jan 21 (PTI) Two labourers were buried aliveand as many injured during digging of a 9-feet deep seweragechannel in Jammu, police said here.
The mishap occurred when 25-year-old Muzaffar Malikand 45-year-old Mohmmad Ramzan of Banihal belt of Rambandistrict, both labourers, were digging the sewerage channelfor Economic Reconstruction Agency in Sarwal area of Jammuyesterday when a huge portion of debris came down on them,they said, adding two more labourers were injured in theincident.
A case has been registered in this regard and EngineerGurvinder Pal Singh has been arrested.
