RAW official undresses for justice in Delhi

New Delhi, Jan 20: This was one act of frustration and definitely not meant for the meek. Nisha Bhatia, a former Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) official fed up with the constant adjournment of a case involving her resorted to undressing in front of the judge.

Nisha has been involved in an illegal human trafficking case. Justice Ajit Bharihoke had to face this embarrassing situation when Nisha attempted to strip before him. She was arrested before she could do any damage after the judge ordered her arrest.

Nisha said to reporters gathered at the Delhi High Court that the charges leveled against her by her seniors was false. She also claimed that the cases were a counter-attack for her sexual harassment charges she made against her seniors in August 2008.

Bhatia had been posted at RAW's training institute in Gurgaon for several years. Her services were terminated following a suicide-attempt by her outside the prime minister's office on Aug 19, 2008. She did this after her numerous complaints of harassment fell on deaf ears.
