Karna CM convenes emergent cabinet meeting tomorrow
Bangalore, Jan 18 (PTI) Karnataka Chief Minister B SYeddyurappa has convened an emergent cabinet meeting tomorrow.
The cabinet is meeting for the second time in a 24-hourspan.
Chief Minister''s Secretariat sources remainedtight-lipped over the new development that came up even asYeddyurappa rushed to Delhi to consult the BJP high commandover moves by Governor H R Bhardwaj who has been studying arequest by a lawyers forum seeking permission to prosecute himin alleged land scams.
Bhardwaj said he was studying the petition which hetermed as "ticklish".
"It is under consideration. There are so many angles. Itis a very ticklish issue", Bhardwaj told reporters here whenasked about the petition to prosecute Yeddyurappa and HomeMinister R Ashok filed by Justice Lawyers Forum.
Yeddyurappa chaired a cabinet meeting today and laterleft for Delhi.
