Builder shoots himself dead
New Delhi, Jan 17 (PTI) A 42-year-old builder allegedlyshot himself dead in west Delhi this evening apparentlydepressed over problems in business, the police said.
The incident took place at Janakpuri at around 6:15 pmand the victim has been identified as Rajinder, a contractorwith National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd (NBCC).
He shot at his right temple, a senior police officialsaid adding he was rushed to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospitalwhere he was declared brought dead.
No suicide note was recovered from him but the policesuspect that business-related issues could be the reasonbehind the incident.
"His family told us that the NBCC had to settle somemoney and he was a little depressed about it," the officialsaid.
