BJP to take up stapled visa issue
Itanagar, Jan 18 (PTI) The BJP would take up the issueof China issuing stapled visa to two Arunchalee sports personsin Parliament, party secretary Dr Kirit Somaiya said today.
Expressing concern about the lackluster reaction ofNew Delhi to the issue, Somaiya said the party would also takeit up in the budget session.
The report of the party''s anti-corruption committee on''Loot in the North East -2010'' alleging 21 scams accusing theUPA government of connivance with NE state governments inplundering funds meant for development would be submitted toPresident Pratibha Patil on February 15, Somaiya, thecommittee''s convenor told a press conference here.
