Russian tourists return from Tunisia
Moscow, Jan 17 (Itar-Tass) A total of 240 Russiantourists, including five children, have returned to Moscowtoday after they had to cut short their vacations in Tunisiaover the tense situation in the country.
The Boeing-767 which landed at the Domodedovoairport in Moscow today carried Russians from Tunisia as wellas Russian tourists from other popular sea resorts, primarilyHurghada and Antalya.
Most of them acknowledged that they did not see anyemergency situations from their hotel rooms. "We were moreconcerned about our relatives in Moscow, because the latterwere watching fierce clashes on the television," said aRussian tourist on his return.
About 100 Russian tourists are staying in Tunisia, theRussian Tourism Agency reported, adding that a Tunisia Airairliner will bring them to Russia on Thursday. (Itar-Tass)
