Minute anatomy of TCS Q3 results 2011

Bangalore, Jan 17: The quarter 3 2011 (Q3) results of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will be announced officially on Monday, Jan 17, the company sources confirmed.

The TCS Q3 2011 results, which will cover from Oct 2010 to Dec 2010, is expected to be declared by 6 pm in the evening as the company generally prefers the timing to announce its results.

Company sources informed that before announcing the results, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 17, 2011.

During the meeting, the issues which are expected to be discussed are - inter alia, to approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended Dec 31, 2010 (Q3) and to consider declaration of a third interim dividend to the equity shareholders.
