DMK general council to finalise poll strategy at Feb 3 meet

Chennai, Jan 17 (PTI) DMK''s general council, the party''stop policy-making body, will finalise the electoral strategyfor coming Assembly polls at its meeting here on February 3.

DMK General Secretary K Anbazhagan, in a statement heretoday, said the general council would discuss the strategy tobe adopted at the meeting.

The council is likely to discuss PMK''s admission into theDMK-led front which already has Congress and ViduthalaiChiruthaigal Katchi led by Tol Tirumavalavan.

The meeting is likely to appoint a committee to discussseat-sharing arrangements among parties in the front.
