BJP raps Centre, state government on price rise

Muzaffarnagar, Jan 17 (PTI) Concerned with the spirallingprices affecting the common man, BJP today lashed out at theCentre and the Uttar Pradesh government for its inability tocheck the price rise.

"The governments, both at the Centre and in the state,have proved to be failure on all fronts and the people arefacing the trouble of rising prices due to the policiescreated by them," former Union minister and BJP nationalspokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain said here.

He also alleged that people were living in an atmosphereof fear in the state even as the Mayawati-led BSP governmentin UP has assured security.

Hussain said that only his party will be an alternativeto the Central and state governments in the next election. PTICORR DBR AVT
