Rahul Gandhi offers prayers at Sree Krishna temple

Alappuzha (Ker), Jan 15 (PTI) Congress General SecretaryRahul Gandhi today offered prayers at the famous Sree Krishnatemple at nearby Ambalapuzha.

Rahul, who attended the marriage of his friend Amitabh,who is the son of Rajiv Gandhi Foundation vice-president SumanDubey, offered prayers along with family members of the brideand bridegroom this morning.

He was clad in traditional Kerala attire of a dhoti andjuba and later had a local marriage feast at a private resort,Congress sources said.

The bride, Amulya, is the daughter of Prime Minister''sAdditional Secretary R Gopalakrishnan.
