Culprit surrenders in court
Bhilwara, Jan 16 (PTI) A local court remanded the mainaccused of a kidnapping case to judicial custody after hesurrendered in the court.
The culprit Kush Vaishnav was absconding sinceNovember 30 last year when he, along with his fiveaccomplices, had abducted a 12-year-old boy Prateek anddemanded a ransom of five crore.
However, the kidnappers left the boy near a desertedarea following police surveillance.
Other accused were arrested but Vaishnav wasabsconding and surrendered before the court of JudicialMagistrate-I yesterday, who remanded him to judicial custodytill January 20.
