18-year-old commits suicide
Gangtok, Jan 14 (PTI) An 18-year-old boy committedsuicide at Tadong in East Sikkim district, police said heretoday.
Milan Khawas (18) of Kalimpong died at ManipalHospital in Tadong late last night.
The deceased, along with a girl, was admitted to thehospital after the duo attempted suicide by consumingpoisonous substance.
According to police, the deceased was residing atRangpo from past three months and was in a relationship withthe girl.
On Wednesday, the duo had a fight over an issue whichled them to attempt suicide.
The girl is presently under medical treatment at thehospital.
