Tata Motors signs MOU with Govt Polytechnic Nagpur

Nagpur, Jan 12 (PTI) Tata Motors, Mumbai today signed aMemorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government Polytechnic,Nagpur for co-operation in automobile retail servicing andrepairs (RS&R) sector based on mutual strength.

The MOU signed between the two in the areas of workexpresses commitment to develop appropriate kind of manpowerfor RS&R sector which has remained neglected so far, aGovernment Polytechnic release said.

General Manger of Tata Motors, S Sree Raman and PrincipalGovernment Polytechnic principal Dr R S Naidu signed the MoU,meant for three years, it said.

94 customer relations managers and 98 works manager havealready been trained through the joint training interventionswhich are respectively for four weeks and eight weeksdurations, the statement said.
