Refined palmolein falls on stockists offloading

Mumbai, Jan 12 (PTI) Refined palmolein fell at the oilsand oilseeds market here today on stockists selling amidstweak Malaysian advices.

While, groundnutoil held steady on lack of buyingsupport.

Castorseed bold and castoroil commercial firmed up onrenewed demand from shippers and soap industries.

Castorseeds futures ended flat after initial surge dueto speculative trade.

In edible-oil segment, Refined palmolein dipped by Rs 5per 10 kgs to Rs 576 from yesterday''s closing level of Rs 581.

Groundnutoil were unchanged at Rs 760 per 10 kgs.

Turning to non-edible section, Castorseed bold roseby Rs 25 per 100 kgs to RS 4,625 from overnight closing levelof Rs 4,600 and castoroil commercial moved up by Rs 5 per 10kgs to Rs 955 as against Rs 950 previously. Linseed oilcontinued rule stable at Rs 700 per 10 kgs.

Moving to futures section, castorseeds for Marchdelivery resumed higher at Rs 3,885 and moved up further to Rs3,900 before settling to finish at Rs 3,865 per tonne ascompared to Rs 3,866 yesterday.
