The rumor of shutting down was spread in web on Sunday, Jan 9, after the American supermarket tabloid, Weekly World News, came out with report that Facebook founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, was too stressed with social networking site which has more than 500 million active users.

The tabloid reported that "Facebook will shutdown on Mar 15 and if users want to see their pictures again, I recommend to take them off the internet. They won"t be able to get them back once Facebook goes out of business."
