Who is lying - Aseemanand or ATS?

Mumbai, Jan 9: After the terrific confession of Swami Aseemanand about the involvement of Hindu activists in Malegaon blast and Mecca Masjid blast, many raised questions about the credibility of investigative agencies like Maharashtra anti-terrorism squad (ATS) and Central Bureau of Investigation.

A series of bomb blasts that took place on 8 Sep 2006 in Malegaon killed 37 people and injured over 125 more. Soon after the blasts, ATS arrested nine Malegaon residents. Most of the media spread the message that Muslim terrorist played behind the blasts. But with the confession of Swami Aseemanand, the terror links of RSS to blast have brought out.

Swami Assemanand also revealed his links to the Hyderabad's Mecca Masjid. Assemanand, during his confession, also stated Hindu terror links to the 2008 Malegaon blast and the attack on Samjhauta Express. Media reported that Assemanand's friendship with Kaleem, who was arrested for his involvement in the Mecca Masjid blast case, made him to confess about the Hindu terror links to the blasts.

Different probes on blast cases have entered to a new dimension with Assemanand's confession. The big question asked in minds of thousand is - Will the investigative agencies file new FIR in blast cases accordance with Assemanand's confession?
