Court quashes Talwars' plea; hearing adjourned

Ghaziabad, Jan 3: The special CBI court eliminated Aarushi Talwar's parents plea to oppose the CBI closure report in Aarushi's murder case. The Ghaziabad court on jan 3 adjourned the hearing on CBI's closure report till Friday, Jan 7.

Earlier, Aarushi's parents claimed, "We want justice for our child and we will not let it go so easily. I don't want the case to be closed. I want justice for my daughter."
However, the court did not spare the officials of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as the court criticised CBI's decision of submitting the closure report of Aarushi's murder.

The court asked CBI, "What was the hurry (in filing a closure report)? Where are the documents (annexures) of the closure report?"

CBI, which suddenly on closed the murder case of 14-year-old Aarushi and Talwars' domestic help Hemraj who were killed in Talwars' Noida residence on May 16, 2008.

CBI in its closure report accused Aarushi's father Rajesh Talwar as the only suspect of the murder.
