Another grenade attack in Pak lulls a child

Kabul, Dec 31: Yet another attack in Afghanistan. One child was lulled and six others were wounded in a grenade attack on two houses in Afghanistan's southern Kandahar province on Friday.

Kandahar Governor Tooryalai Wesa's spokesman, Zelmai Ayubi, said, “the attack occurred on Friday, Dec 31, morning in the district of Zhari, a Taliban heartland in the west of Kandahar city. The authorities are investigating why the houses were targeted?," The Washington Post quoted as Ayub saying.

The wounded have been taken to a nearby NATO base for medical help, and that two of the wounded and are said to be in serious condition.
