New Delhi, Dec 30: In yet another setback to the judicial system of India, the much-publicised Aarushi murder case will be wiped out of our memories forever. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) who was investigating the case of the brutal murder of the teenager more than two years ago, has closed the case.

The three key suspects in the case, Raj Kumar, Vijay Mandal and Krishna was set free by the Ghaziabad court. This will mean that the real perpetrators of the crime will never be revealed and the distressed parents will have to live with the fact that their daughter's killers are out in the open and not punished.

A new team of CBI personnel were investigating the matter and found that the case was handled badly and crucial evidence tampered with. They were successful in tracking down Aarushi's mobile but couldn't recover any data.

Daughter of the dentist couple in Noida, the Talwars have decided to file an appeal against the closure of the case. "Want justice for my daughter. We are broken parents today with the closure report," said Nupur Talwar, Aarushi's mother.

Aarushi's father, Rajesh Talwar was named a suspect and arrested earlier. He was later released due to lack of evidence against him. Rajesh said on news of the closure of the case, "I am completely devastated, shocked. Don't know what to do. Aarushi has not got justice. We will continue to fight."

All the suspects are out of bail now.
