Sensex gains 250 poins by +ve cues
The Sensex regained 250 points in afternoon trade from day's low to hit 20,000 level. The Nifty was supported by positive cues and moving towards 6000 level.
At 2:45 am, the BSE Sensex was trading at 19964.61 up 99.76 points and the NSE Nifty 5970.90 points up 22.15.
Top gainres were Hero Honda up 12.42 percentage, IDFC up 2.96 percentage, ACC up 2.02 percentage, GAIL up 1.80 percentage.
Top losers were Dr Reddys Labs up 3.96 percentage, Bharti Airtel up 2.29 percentage, Kotak Mahindra up 2.76 percentage, Axis Bank up 2.70 percentage.
