2G: Arun Shourie ready to face any probe

Chennai, Dec 18: Arun Shourie, the former Telecom Minister on Saturday, Dec 18 stated that he is ready to face any kind of investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officials regarding the 2G spectrum scandal.

"I would be very happy to answer. No difficulty in that. I can even answer in the public hall here. If they invite me to their place...They are also always welcome to my house. No problem," said Shourie.

However, criticizing former telecom minister and main accused of the 2G spectrum scam, A Raja, Shourie informed that Raja used strong arm tactics to avoid many who wanted to bid for 2G spectrum.
