Police arrests doctor for sexually abusing woman

Mumbai, Dec 16: Police arrested a doctor of a private nursing home for sexually abusing a woman, who came for the treatment of her two-month-old baby. The doctor was held on Wednesday, Dec 15 after a complaint filed by the victim.

According to the complaint, the doctor, Narendra Nanavre, of Dattatre Nursing Home in Vakola tried to molest the woman on Wednesday morning. The victim and her husband admitted their baby in the hospital over health complications.

When her husband left to home, doctor came and told the 26-year-old woman that he want to check the baby. Later the doctor told he want to examine her also. He asked her to remove cloths and allegedly tried to molest.

Later, the victim and her husband filed a complaint in the Vakola police station and finally, led to doctor's arrest.
