WikiLeaks founder Assange gets bail

The Court granted bail to Assange despite of Sweden's appeal against his bail plea. Assange has to stay in London. The British lawyers, who appeared for Swedish authorities, argued that he should not be released.
Earlier, the Court granted bail to Assange, but asked him to stay at Ellingham Hall, a Georgian mansion in Bungay, eastern England. Also court ordered him to wear an electronic tag for tracing his moves.
Julian Assange was arrested over rape allegations in Sweden. Swedish court issued an arrest warrant over the rape allegations by two women in Sweden. Later, British police arrested him and detained for more than one week. He became the world attention centre through the release of United States diplomatic cables.
