2G: CBI's raids not UPA's sham, hopes BJP

New Delhi, Dec 15: While the entire country is looking forward to the several raids by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in 2G spectrum scandal case, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Dec 15 expressed its disgrace over the raids.

BJP spokesperson Prakash Javdekar on Dec 15 stated, "The CBI raids are too little, too late. Hope this is not just a sham. The accused have got all the time to conceal relevant documents."

Javdekar also claimed, "Only a JPC (Joint Parliamentary Committee) can deal with such issues and that is why our demand for this is even more relevant. Only a JPC can check day-to-day developments of the probe."
