London, Dec 13: The British police has identified the suicide bomber who triggered two blasts in Stockholm, the capital city of Sweden. British officials said the bomber was Taimur Abdulwahab al-Abdaly, a British university graduate.

According to investigative agency, Taimur was living with his wife and three young children in Britain two weeks ago. Later he went to Sweden and planned the attack. The 29-year-old Taimur was a former physical therapy student at Bedfordshire University in Luton.

On Saturday, Dec 10, Taimur blasted a car bomb in the busy street of Stockholm aiming the Christmas shoppers. 15 minutes later, he set off himself 300 yards away injuring two bystanders.

Agencies have raided Taimur's house in London and investigating his links with different terrorists groups. It is believed that he got help from an extremist group in Yemen.
