WikiLeaks mirrors: Who is the the fastest of all?

Washingon, Dec 6: Amid the threats and Interpol Red Notice, Julian Assange and his whistle-blowing website WikiLeaks continued to embarrass the world through the release of United States diplomatic cables.

WikiLeaks has released more than 335 mirror websites to continue the publication of diplomatic cables. WikiLeaks said that in case of hack on original website, the mirror websites will carry on the war against United States.

United States has started to use all available measures to terminate the website. But the new generation hacker, Julian Assange, over came all hurdles in matter of seconds. Here is the glimpses of ongoing fight between 'big brother' and the 'whistle-blower'

* WikiLeaks starts release of diplomatic cables
WikiLeaks on Sunday, Nov 29, started the release of diplomatic cables which exposed the dirty tricks and frank comments behind closed doors. The 'explosive' information made astonishments around the world.

* Domain provider kills WikiLeaks
After surviving the hack attempts, WikiLeaks faced the termination of its account by the domain name service provider Everydns.net. US government asked Everydns.net to terminate WikiLeaks account to prevent further release of diplomatic cables.

* WikiLeaks shifts to Swiss domain
The termination by the US domain provider forced WikiLeaks to shift the domain to more secure 'Swiss account'.

* US cuts donation to WikiLeaks
US asked Paypal, the online payment website which manages donation to WikiLeaks, to block all donations to WikiLeaks and to a German foundation as a measure to curb the site.

* WikiLeaks shifts to Sweden
The WikiLeaks' Swiss domain provider told that they were facing technical errors due to hack attacks and planning to shift the domain to Sweden.

* Finally, Wikileaks mirrors across the world
WikiLeaks again proved the smartness over US by releasing the mirror copy of the original website. These mirror sites provide the exact copy of the original site and allow access and downloads.
