Rahul and Mamata stood out of frame

New Delhi, Dec 6: Rahul Gandhi and Mamata Banerjee preferred not to attend the 15th Lok Sabha photo session that was captured on Tuesday, Dec 2. With them few more important political figures avoided there presence in the event. This photo session is the tradition of Lok Sabha which happens once in five years.

Mamata never participated in this event, she always stood outside the frame. She took part in this event only once, when she entered the Lok Sabha for the first time way back in 1984, after voting out CPI-M stalwart Somnath Chatterjee.

In 1984 Mamata was the Congress member and during that year congress had a landslide victory following then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's assassination. After Mamata's detachment from Congress, she moved to Trinamool Congress from then she stood away from this Lok Sabha tradition.

Rahul Gandhi who was present in Lok Sabha during that day but kept himself out of the frame. He didn't reach Central Hall for the photo shoot.

Jaganmohan Reddy who rose up against Congress and stepped down one day before the photo shoot, was missing inside the frame. Sudip Bandopadhyay, the chief of Trinamool Congress even he didn't took part in customary photo session that captured during every Lok Sabha term.
