CBI site hacking: A threat for outsourcing?
On Friday, Dec 3 night, Pakistani cyber attackers hacked CBI website, http://cbi.nic.in, and left a note saying "Pakistan Zindabad". Hackers claimed that the attack was in response to a cyber attack by Indians on Pakistan websites.
The CBI site has been continued offline till this time. The hackers have attacked the root server of the National Informatics Centre (NIC) as well.
The note left by Pakistan hackers read, This attempt is in response to the Pakistani websites hacked by 'Indian Cyber Army'. We told u before too...we are sleeping but not dead."
"Back off kids or we will smoke ur doors off like we did before...let us see what you investigating agency so called CBI can do."
India has been regarded as one of the safest place for internet and it bagged many of the outsourcing jobs from Western countries. In the wake of Pakistan hacking, the safety of the outsourcing is a major question raised in India.
