N Korea attack: S Korean defence minister resigns
Taking the responsibility for the attack incident, Defence Minister Kim Tae-Young handed over his resignation letter to President Lee Myung-Bak. Later President accepted his resignation.
Heavy criticism raised against Kim Tae-Young from different parts of the country for the 'soft response' for North Korea's attack on a border island.
Earlier on Tuesday, Nov 23 North Korea shelled a border island in South Korean, killing four people and setting homes ablaze.
Following the attack, Korean Peninsula once again put high alert after the sinking of a South Korean warship earlier in 2010.
