Britons spend 53 hours a year whining!
London, Nov 22 (ANI): Researchers has revealed that average Briton spend 53 hours a year whining.
Brits groan for eight minutes and 46 seconds daily, the survey revealed.
According to the study, the average adult complains nearly four times a day and spends almost nine minutes doing it, reports the Daily Express.
This adds up to 1,300 gripe every year.
TV programmes and the price of items get 65 per cent of grumbling at least once a week. The weather gets 64 per cent upset regularly - while the Government annoys 50 per cent.
Monday is moan day for a third of them, reveals a poll of 4,000 by Sensodyne toothpaste.
And 58 per cent manage to grizzle about household chores and 52 per cent about their money worries.
"Moaning at niggles rather than addressing them can leave us feeling less positive," Life coach Georgina Burnett said.
"If you tackle the smaller problems, the chances are you'll give yourself perspective to deal with bigger issues," Burnett said. (ANI)
