India-China's rise an opportunity: Nirupama Rao

During an interview, Rao also stated that relationship between India and China will be the most important in the 21st century.
"There is enough space for India and China to grow together," claimed Indian foreign secretary.
Citing the two countries' position in last six decades from 1950, Rao said, "We have had times of difficulty in the relationship, at certain points of time."
She also continued, "But despite those difficulties, we managed to raise the level of our dialogue and strengthen our cooperation to create an architecture for dialogue between our two countries. That should be the basis for what we do in the future."
