One militant killed in encounter in Kishtwar

Jammu, Nov.20 (ANI): One militant was killed in a night-long encounter in the Kishtwar forests in Jammu and Kashmir.

The gun battle started at Nandigard area of Kishtwar when security forces encircled a group of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) militants on Friday night. The militant's body was found on Saturday morning.

Official sources indicated that the rest of the militants have escaped in the darkness. (ANI)
