The 10 page affidavit was filed in Supreme Court on Saturday, Nov 20 through director, Prime Minister Office, (PMO), K Vidyawati on behalf of the Prime Minister.
The affidavit answered the questions for former Law Minister and Janatha Party leader Subramanian Swamy. The affidavit revealed that PMO has answered for all letters sent by Swamy.
The affidavit says that all complaints by Swami were delt with and considered by PMO. Affidavit also added that some of the letters were referred to Law ministry.
