Obama arrives in Portugal to attend NATO summit

Before attending the NATO summit, Obama during his two-day visit in the country, would meet Portugal's president and prime minister.
However, NATO countries are expected to hand over security responsibilities to Afghan forces in most of the provinces in
Afghanistan by 2014.
Obama will also meet Afghan President Hamid Karzai on Saturday, Nov 20.
