Oz undie thief nabbed with 10 garbage bags full of underpants in apartment
Melbourne, Nov 16 (ANI): A man in Australia has been arrested and charged for stealing hundreds of pairs of undies after the police allegedly found 10 garbage bags full of underpants in his apartment.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman revealed the 48-year-old man, from Research, near Eltham, became a suspect after he was allegedly caught stealing underpants off a clothesline, the Age reported.
Following the incident, detectives got a search warrant and raided the man's apartment where they found and seized the undergarments as evidence.
It is not known if the man stole both men and women undergarments, but he has been charged with four counts of theft and was released on bail to appear at Heidelberg Magistrates Court on February 18. (ANI)
