CWG: After aides, will CBI detain boss Kalmadi?

After conducting raids in their residences and offices, CBI on Monday, Nov 15 arrested TS Darbari and Sanjay Mahendroo for their role in forging emails to justify high rentals and to hire AM Cars for the Queen's Baton Relay.
However, the tainted duo claimed that they were only following instructions as it was not possible to take such a decision without consent from the top.
While Darbari was the Joint Director of Commonwealth Games Organising Committee, Mahendroo was the Deputy Director General.
Though Sports Minister MS Gill on Nov 16 stated in the Parliament that those found guilty will be given exemplary punishment, now only time can prove that which guilty would be punished and to which extent.
