2G: FM Pranab to present CAG report in Parliament

The findings of the CAG report on the Issue of Licences and Allocation of 2G Spectrum by the Department of Telecommunications led to the resignation of A Raja as the Union Telecom Minister.
Meanwhile, it is expected that the both Houses will see fresh ruckus by Opposition parties demanding Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe to the 2G spectrum scam.
Earlier, the CAG report, which leaked to the media, showed that A Raja served 'first come first policy' in allocating the spectrum. Also, the allocation of 2G spectrum at under-valued prices caused a loss to the tune of Rs 1.76 lakh crore to the national exchequer.
