DMK jams Manmohan Singh's spectrum

New Delhi, Nov 14: While the entire country has been stormed with Telecom Minister A Raja's 2G Spectrum scam and with the demand of his resignation, the question here raised that why do Congress and especially PM Manmohan Singh keep silence on the issue. Does the alliance with DMK make Singh to keep his silence?

When the country wants to know Manmohan Singh's stand on the whole 2G spectrum issue, Singh along with his party, left the decision on DMK by claiming that the fate of Raja should be decided by his own party.

Returning from the G20 Summit in South Korea, Singh also refused to comment on the raging row citing that it was improper for him to "comment on a subject," which is before the court.

Even after Raja's former Secretary AS Mathur's confession, which caused more trouble for the telecom minister, the Prime Minister of India has still not taken any strong stand on the whole disputed issue.

All these incidents proved that Singh's view on the issue has been jammed from being aired. But what the reason? Is it DMK?
